Remain In Light And The Beast

Album opener ‘Laural’ has a beautiful guitar intro then quickly moves forward into another song called ‘Waters Edge’. This song is probably my favorite on the album as it features the most distorted sound effects and keyboards. It’s full of squealing guitars, keyboards with drum riffs that are hard to imagine. It goes on to a fantastic drum solo which is done so wonderfully that it brings tears to my eyes.

I can remember when I first heard this album many years ago. I had been listening to a lot of albums from bands such as Priest, Black Sabbath, etc. and this song just took me by surprise. I literally never thought that someone could create an album as amazing as this one.

The second track on the album named ‘Stairway To Hell’ is another masterpiece. The lyrics are incredibly intense and the tempo is insanely fast. There are parts that literally rock as the band belts out the songs faster than you can say “Hells bells ole!” Just listen to the insane guitar work put onto this song and just let the lyrics soak in.

Lyrics for Every Occasion by Amy Winehouse is a fun song with great lyrics. The words, “Where has your beauty, where has my beauty?” are taken from the second verse to the first chorus. The first verse describes the beauty that one experiences after a long day at work, the beauty that one experiences when one’s mind is clear and one is at peace.

In the third verse, the line, “Where has my beauty, where has my beauty?” continues as a question, something that has been asked millions of times before, something that we all want to know. In fact, the most famous line in all of Amy Winehouse’s songs is, “I don’t know where my heart’s gone but it’s not near the stars.” This is where the song begins to lose its way in the lyrics and the general song is lost. There is no melody to the song, no chorus.

The problem with this is that most of the time, when a song is lost in the verse, it is because there is no verse. Most of the time, a song needs to have a chorus or verse to make sense. In this case, it is not being lost. Lyrics for Evermore Beauty and the Beast is a song that should be in a collection of her older songs because it is a great song and the lyrics are great. It has the feel of a song written by someone who has been writing since she was a teenager, something that every fan of hers should appreciate.
